Effective Date: October 9, 2026

Welcome to Endure Thermal Spa!

We are committed to providing a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment where our guests can make recovery, relaxation, and wellness part of their regular rhythm.

These Terms of Service explain the guidelines that apply when visiting our website, booking services, purchasing memberships, and participating in experiences at Endure Thermal Spa.

By using our website or booking services, you agree to the applicable terms below.

1. Our Services

Endure Thermal Spa offers self-guided wellness and recovery experiences, including:

  • Full-spectrum infrared sauna

  • Contrast therapy combining infrared sauna and cold plunge

  • Social Sauna sessions

  • Lymphatic roller sessions

  • Memberships, packages, and specialty experiences

Service availability, durations, prices, and offerings may change.

2. Appointments and Reservations

Appointments are subject to availability and may be booked through our online booking platform or directly with Endure.

Guests are responsible for selecting the appropriate service and arriving on time for their scheduled appointments.

Late arrival may reduce the available session time to accommodate other scheduled guests. Full appointment charges may still apply.

Endure reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary due to equipment maintenance, facility issues, staffing, weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes and arrange an appropriate alternative or refund when applicable.

3. Appointment Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

We understand that plans change, and we are always happy to accommodate scheduling adjustments whenever possible.

  • Appointment Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25 late-cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: Guests who do not attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice are subject to a $25 no-show fee.

  • Rescheduling: We are always happy to reschedule appointments whenever possible, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to make a change.

Guests are encouraged to arrive on time to enjoy their full scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

4. Memberships and Recurring Payments

Endure Thermal Spa offers a variety of membership options designed to help guests make wellness a consistent part of their routine.

Automatic Renewal

All memberships are recurring subscriptions and automatically renew at the agreed billing frequency until canceled in accordance with the membership agreement and applicable law.

By purchasing a membership, members authorize Endure Thermal Spa to process recurring payments according to the billing terms disclosed and accepted at enrollment.

Memberships do not automatically expire after a set number of billing cycles.

Membership Cancellations

We require 30 days' notice to cancel a membership, subject to applicable law.

Members may submit a cancellation request by contacting Endure Thermal Spa directly at

701-428-1458.

Any scheduled membership payments falling within the applicable 30-day notice period remain due as provided in the membership agreement and permitted by law.

Our cancellation policy is also communicated verbally during membership discussions and provided in the membership welcome email. Recurring billing terms and cancellation requirements are presented during enrollment.

We strive to make membership changes and cancellations straightforward and are happy to assist members with questions about their accounts.

Additional Membership Terms

  • Membership benefits are determined by the selected membership plan.

  • Memberships are intended for use by the enrolled member unless guest privileges are specifically included.

  • Members are responsible for maintaining current payment information.

  • Membership pauses or adjustments are subject to Endure's applicable membership policies.

  • Changes to existing membership terms will be communicated as required by law.

5. Punch Cards, Gift Cards, and Promotions

Punch Cards

Endure punch cards are intended for the redemption of a specified number of prepaid wellness sessions.

Punch cards are valid for one year (12 months) from the original date of purchase, except where a longer redemption period is required by applicable law.

Unused sessions remaining after the applicable expiration date may no longer be redeemed, subject to applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Punch card sessions may be shared with another guest when permitted by the terms of the purchased package.

Gift Cards

Purchased Endure Thermal Spa gift cards and gift certificates are valid for at least six years from the original date of purchase, in accordance with North Dakota law.

No monthly or annual maintenance fees will be charged on purchased gift cards.

Complimentary promotional gift certificates or credits may have separate expiration dates or redemption restrictions when permitted by law and disclosed in writing at issuance.

Promotions and Special Offers

Promotional discounts, special offers, and limited-time packages may have individual conditions, limitations, and expiration dates.

Promotional offers may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

All restrictions and expiration terms are subject to applicable law.

6. Health and Safety

Endure Thermal Spa provides wellness and recovery experiences and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

Infrared sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, and lymphatic roller services may not be appropriate for everyone.

Exposure to heat, cold, and physical pressure may carry risks, including dizziness, fainting, dehydration, changes in blood pressure, and other adverse reactions.

Guests should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if they have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication that may affect temperature regulation or circulation, or have concerns about their ability to participate safely.

All guests are responsible for following posted instructions, facility guidelines, and staff directions.

Participation may require completing a health screening or acknowledgment and signing a separate wellness participation agreement.

Guests should stop their session immediately and seek assistance if they feel unwell.

Endure reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary to protect guest or staff safety.
